About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated NPI (New Product and Feature Introduction) Program Manager to lead and continue to scale our NPI framework. This role serves as the crucial strategic bridge between Product Management and our customer‑facing teams, ensuring we prepare our internal and external customers for every product and feature launch.

Your core objective is to plan the quarterly go‑to‑market roadmap, set timelines, and govern resource allocation for on time delivery, across the cross‑functional NPI team. As the owner of the NPI lifecycle, you will manage every phase from intake to retrospective with strict accountability, clear governance, and transparency.
