Project Manager – Air Conditioning
Full lifecycle of HVAC projects, from planning to handover – projects typically in London and home counties, head office nr Portsmouth.
5+ years air conditioning install project management experience required.
Salary to £65K
The Role
- Planning: design, procurement, installation, commissioning
- Budgeting ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
- Scheduling: Manage timelines and resources efficiently
- Supervise, motivate, and coordinate a team of technicians, installers, and engineers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions
- Ensure adherence to building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Requirements
- 5+ years experience managing HVAC or air conditioning projects
- Running multiple projects in value from £25k – £900k.
- In-depth knowledge of air conditioning systems, installation, and maintenance practices.
- Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets, timelines, and teams.
- Relevant trade certifications.
