The Next Generation Assessment team sits within Pearson’s UK Schools Product Development function and plays a pivotal role in accelerating digital transformation and assessment‑led innovation. We work with education technology, regulation and pedagogy to design assessment experiences that are credible, trusted and future‑facing.

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced and independent (Advanced Specialist) Product Manager to own and evolve Pearson’s on‑screen assessment products with UK and international reach.

This role combines strategic product leadership with hands‑on delivery ownership. You will shape product vision and strategy, lead evidence‑led discovery, and work with subject, assessment, technology and quality teams to deliver digital assessments that can be confidently used in high‑stakes, regulated contexts.

You’ll balance learner and teacher needs, technical feasibility, commercial outcomes and regulatory expectations, while helping Pearson lead the market in digital assessment.
