We are looking for a L3 Qualified Childcare Nursery Room based Deputy Manager to join our Amazing Team. We want you to be excited to go to work each day and can manage the day to day running of the nursery setting. We want you to feel valued and appreciated. We need a superstar;
Responsibilities
- Special person to manage the day-to-day running of the setting, lead and support our lovely team of staff and ensure all legal and statutory requirements are fulfilled.
- Have previous experience of managing staff.
- Dedicated, enjoy a challenge, loves working with children, and become a fundamental part of our team all working towards giving our children the highest standard of care and education.
Qualifications
- Passionate and enthusiastic about working with children in all aspects of their care, learning and development.
- Have a sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Have the ability to plan for, deliver, record and assess the elements within the EYFS.
- Ability to liaise with and report to parents, maintaining confidentiality and building parent partnerships.
