ERP Business Analyst
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 – Remote. For a global Pharma company, the Business Analyst will play a vital role in understanding client business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into practical and effective ERP solutions. The primary focus will be on eliciting, documenting, and analysing business needs, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design and implement ERP modules that align with best practices and industry standards.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ERP systems, preferably in Oracle Fusion
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts and best practices in various business domains (e.g., finance, supply chain, manufacturing)
- Proficient in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with ERP implementation projects and understanding of project management methodologies is a plus
