They are looking for someone committed to quality and service, to be a hands‑on member of the management team.
Responsibilities
This operational management role requires a methodically minded professional, possessing sound commercial acumen and a passion that thrives on the responsibility associated with being a leader. You will have demonstrable experience in managing and developing a broadly skilled team, shaping, guiding and enhancing operational effectiveness.
You will be accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all activities across the site, from material preparation through to dispatch, Health and Safety, Quality, Customer Service and Administration. Overseeing the day‑to‑day running of the organisation, you will enforce an enhanced regime of effective company workflow, guidelines and practical manufacturing policies.
Qualifications
Experience in managing a varied team and driving operational improvement. Strong commercial awareness and a passion for leadership. A resident of the UK who has previously worked in the print, packaging or paper sectors.
