Job Title: Data Integration Engineer VP Level

Overview

We are working with a leading global financial services organisation seeking an experienced Data Integration Engineer to join their London based team. This is a hands on role focused on delivering high quality data solutions within a regulatory driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work extensively with ETL tools DataStage (required)
• Develop and optimise SQL queries PL SQL T SQL
• Perform data modelling and transformation
• Build and manage data marts
• Ensure data quality governance and compliance standards
• Support regulatory reporting requirements

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong hands on experience with DataStage (must have)
• Solid experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases
• Advanced SQL skills PL SQL T SQL
• Proven experience in ETL and data integration
• Experience within banking or financial services ideally regulatory reporting
• Strong understanding of data quality and governance

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Azure Databricks
• Experience with middleware tools Kafka MQ IIB
• Knowledge of AQR ECB reporting

Personal Skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving ability
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
