Senior Technical Coordinator

Overview

One of the nation’s most acclaimed housebuilders who have won multiple awards have a bumper year ahead for 2025. With sales expected of 500+ houses in 2023 they are looking for additional expertise within their technical department.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all architectural and engineering activities of the project process for both land purchase and design prior to production handover.
• Oversee the work of external consultants and be responsible for cost control whilst meeting timescales.
• Ensure a full understanding of the development process and have worked within a housing or multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of the construction legislations and hold a recognised industry qualification within architecture or engineering.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
