This includes a Mental Health Crisis Prevention & Outreach Service, and a Housing & Social Support Navigation service. This role involves shift work including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, but does not involve working at night after 10:30pm.. Building supportive, trusting relationships with customers and creating a positive atmosphere Appropriately using the lens of their lived experience to provide boundaried and effective support to people facing similar challenges. Conducting regular key work sessions that are innovative and engaging in order to achieve Support Plan goals Enjoys social interaction and the company of others, joins in local activities to encourage customer involvement NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent with some or equivalent sector work experience
