Shift Pattern: A range of working patterns available between 35 to 40 hours per week Contract: Permanent Housekeeping is a vital element of the service level we aim to deliver at Zenith Management. This position requires the delivery of high quality internal and external cleaning of areas within the development to ensure that they are presented to the best standards. Help to create a daily perfect first and last impression Ensure the cleanliness of all light switches, door plates, foot plates and general door furniture and carefully wipe clean any fire extinguishers Maintain a clean and smart appearance at all times in the staff uniform provided Ensure that public areas including building entrances and receptions, lifts and lift lobbies, corridors, internal and external circulation space and bin stores and kept clean and presentable Immediately report any health and safety matters to the Property Manager/Facilities Manager Personal Qualities and Experience: The role is also a front of house, resident facing role and as such, a level of awareness and confidence is expected when interacting with residents and cleaning the communal areas This role may be subject to a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS check).
