Position Title: Support Worker Location: Buckinghamshire, SL8 Hourly Rate: Weekday rate £15.26, weekend rate £19.84 Hours Per Week: bank hours- as and when required to cover sickness and annual leave Vacancy Type: Bank I am a young man in my 30s living with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. I require support with my daily living needs to enable me to live as independently and comfortably as possible. Supporting with personal care Helping with mobility and transfers Supporting with meals and hydration Supporting me with my ventilation needs Working alongside and following guidance from my existing care team I am looking for a reliable and compassionate bank support worker to provide occasional cover for sickness and annual leave within my established care team. This role is offered on a flexible, as-needed basis as you will be working as part of a small friendly team.
