Shift Pattern: 2 week rolling rota An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our brilliant team of Support Workers. As a Support Worker, you will be working in our accommodation-based services in Huntingdon, providing support to adults who are experiencing Mental Illness. You will act as a keyworker, encouraging positive and healthy lifestyles and assist people to develop skills for independent living. You must be able make decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals to create positive outcomes. P3 have committed to achieving ‘Net Zero’ Carbon emissions by 2050. Our Carbon Reduction Plan is available via the P3 website.
