Maintenance Engineer Up to £40,000 + Overtime + Bonus + Excellent Benefits MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Plant Maintenance Engineer to join a leading anaerobic digestion company at their facility in Northamptonshire. As the Plant Maintenance Engineer, you will:
Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) & reactive maintenance across mechanical & electrical equipment (pumps, motors, gearboxes, etc) Manage maintenance & repairs to reduce operational disruptions Support safety, compliance, & engineering best practice across the site Work a shift pattern including weekends on a rota basis including call out & remote monitoring of the AD process A qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering (or strong industry experience) to level 3 AD, energy, utilities, waste, manufacturing) Ability to train to WAMITAB & NEBOSH standard Experience with maintenance systems Familiarity with health & safety systems & environmental compliance is desirable Full UK driving licence & the ability to gain a telehandler xkybehq licence Competitive salary of up to £40,000 (depending on experience)~ Bonus scheme & overtime opportunities~ On call allowance (1 in 4 rota)~25 days’ holiday + bank holidays~ Pension & life assurance~ Opportunities for training & professional development
