Support Worker Pay: £12.71 per hour established homelessness support service based in Coventry is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join its frontline drop?The service supports people who are rough sleeping or at risk of homelessness, providing immediate practical support and access to longer?term accommodation and specialist services. in environment, delivering day?to?day support to vulnerable adults. focused role, supporting individuals with complex needs to access safety, stability, and longer?term support. Offer hot drinks, food, and clothing to people who are rough sleeping Support individuals with housing advice and referrals to supported accommodation Work closely with partner agencies including mental health, substance misuse, outreach, and policing services Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and professional boundaries at all times The service operates 7 days a week , and shifts vary depending on service needs:~9:00am – 4:00pm (weekdays)~7:00am – 4:00pm (Saturdays)~10:00am – 7:00pm (Saturdays & Sundays)
Flexibility to work weekends is essential.
