What Youll Be Doing Leading, managing, and developing the workshop, service, and parts teams Driving performance through effective planning, forecasting, and target achievement Increasing workshop utilisation, productivity, and overall efficiency Managing departmental budgets and maximising profitability Working closely with senior leadership to enhance overall site performance Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and adherence to brand standards
