The salary on offer is £31,500, only working 52 weeks of the year and benefits include a generous pension, free onsite parking and a supportive, collaborative environment where career progression is available.

What you'll be doing…
This position sits within a busy training environment, supporting electrical learners through practical workshop sessions. You'll play a key part in ensuring sessions run smoothly by preparing equipment, maintaining a safe workspace, and assisting tutors and students during hands-on learning. xwzovoh
Setting up tools, materials, and equipment for practical sessions
Maintaining a safe, organised, and fully equipped workshop environment
Supporting tutors and learners during hands-on training activities
Monitoring stock levels and ensuring materials are readily available
Identifying and reporting any faults, defects, or safety concerns

What we're looking for..
Level 2 qualification in a construction or electrical discipline
Previous industry experience in electrical or construction environments
Practical, organised, and safety-conscious approach
Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) is desirable
