Contract Type: Flexible (Full-time, Part-time, Day-to-day, Long-term)
Excell Supply is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated English Teachers to work across a range of supportive secondary school settings.
This is an excellent opportunity for both newly qualified and experienced teachers to deliver engaging lessons and inspire a love of language and literature in students.
The Role:
Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Teach a range of topics including reading, writing, and literature
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
What Were Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Specialism in English or a related subject
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A genuine passion for English and education
