The company is entering a major growth phase - with a clear objective to double turnover - underpinned by a strategic investment in key account management, business development and sales leadership. THE ROLE

As Key Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 60 accounts generating £1M – £1.5M in annual revenue - with a genuine and credible opportunity to double that figure through structured, proactive account development.

This is not an account maintenance role. The business is moving from a reactive to a strategic commercial model, and this position sits at the heart of that shift. You will be expected to get deep inside your accounts — understanding engineering challenges, procurement strategies and future project pipeline — and position the full manufacturing and service capability as the solution.
