Electronics Test & Engineering Manager | Cambridge Startup

The Oho Group have partnered with a growing semiconductor startup based in Cambridge looking for a test manager to lead advanced electronic testing initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who has built their career in electronic systems and is comfortable balancing technical delivery with team oversight.

What you need:

• Extensive hands-on experience in electronic testing (sensor experience beneficial but not essential)
• Proven track record of managerial responsibility across your career
• Deep technical expertise built over a long-term career (“been there and done it”)
• PhD (Desired)
