The Role
The Programme Director is a senior leadership appointment with responsibility for shaping and delivering the organisation’s programme strategy.
Working in tandem with the Business Director, the role combines strategic direction, sector engagement, and operational oversight. The postholder will lead the evolution of the organisation’s training and events portfolio, ensuring relevance, quality, and long-term impact within a rapidly changing industry landscape.
This is a role for an individual who can operate credibly at senior levels across the construction sector while translating strategic ambition into effective, high-quality delivery.
