About the Role

We’re opening a new T.M. Lewin store in St Albans this July and are looking for a Store Manager to open the store, build the team, and establish strong standards from day one.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a new store, develop your team, and create a strong, customer-focused culture within a growing heritage retail brand.

You’ll lead from the front, taking full responsibility for store performance, team leadership, and maintaining consistently high standards across sales and customer experience.

What we’re looking for

• Retail management experience (fashion or premium retail preferred) 
• A confident people leader with a coaching mindset 
• Strong commercial awareness and experience working to targets 
• Someone who takes ownership and sets clear standards
