With strong growth ambitions across the UK they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team with this role of Account Manager- a great opportunity for someone with a true ‘farmer’ approach to account management.
\The Role
This is a customer-focused, commercially driven Account Manager role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of existing B2B clients.
You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring customers are successfully adopting and gaining value from the company’s IoT hardware solutions, while also identifying opportunities to expand revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
The role sits at the intersection of commercial and technical, working closely with internal teams across Sales, Product and Engineering to deliver strong customer outcomes.
The existing customer base offers significant growth potential for someone commercially sharp, with strong networking skills and a collaborative approach
