We're hiring a Director of Product. London. Hybrid.

Not a caretaker. Not a slide deck merchant.

Someone who wants to actually shape how a fintech grows at scale.

Here's the situation:

My client is a fast-growing UK fintech that's gone through serious commercial growth over the last 18 months. The product experience hasn't kept pace with the ambition, and they know it. That's not a red flag. That's an opportunity.

This role exists because they want product leadership at the table before the cracks appear — not after.

What you'll own:

→ The end-to-end customer product experience across web and mobile

→ A roadmap built around conversion, retention and long-term customer value

→ A product team being built around you, senior PMs already being hired in parallel

→ The product and engineering relationship at a senior level

→ A strategy that has exec buy-in and actual headcount behind it

What they need:

→ A product leader who has scaled customer-facing digital products in a fast-moving environment

→ Someone who has led and grown a PM team, not just been a great PM themselves

→ A genuine obsession with customer experience and measurable outcomes

→ The ability to build a business case as well as a roadmap

→ Comfort with ambiguity, this is a business that moves fast and expects product to keep up
