Group Head – Creative (In-House Studio Lead)
We’re partnering with a leading, diversified lifestyle and real estate group in the region to appoint a Group Head of Creative—a pivotal leadership role responsible for building and scaling a high-performance in-house creative studio.

The Role
As Group Head of Creative, you will lead the end-to-end creative and production ecosystem—balancing brand storytelling with commercial impact. You will oversee content creation across digital, video, OOH, events, and CRM, while ensuring speed, consistency, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale an in-house creative studio delivering multi-channel content at pace
- Oversee full content production lifecycle—from briefing through to delivery
- Build efficient workflows, SLAs, and resource planning models
- Ensure strong brand consistency and high creative standards across all outputs
- Partner with Brand, Performance Marketing, CX, and Communications teams for unified storytelling
- Manage internal teams, freelancers, and external production partners
- Develop content formats designed for testing, optimisation, and performance uplift
- Drive operational efficiency through asset reuse and digital asset management (DAM) systems
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading in-house studios, creative teams, or content production units at scale
- Strong background across digital content, video production, and integrated campaigns
- A balance of creative judgment and operational excellence
- Experience working in fast-paced, multi-brand or multi-business environments
