Business Development Coordinator (12 month FTC)

A leading US law firm, with a well-established and growing presence in London, is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to join its team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will support the Antitrust and Disputes practice groups in the UK, working closely with a Senior Business Development Manager. You will also collaborate with wider BD teams across EMEA, including colleagues in Brussels, contributing to cross-border initiatives and campaigns. The firm is entering an exciting phase of growth, with significant investment in its London office, including the recent addition of several high-profile partners. This makes it an excellent opportunity for a proactive and ambitious BD professional to gain exposure in a dynamic, international environment. Key Duties of the role include: Support the development of BD Plans Work closely on cross-selling initiatives Maintain the firm’s credentials database Undertake client research, working closely with internal stakeholders Support the preparation of credentials and pitches Liaise with the Events team to plan and execute internal and external events The ideal candidate should be proactive and must have worked in a BD role in a law firm. They would consider an assistant making the step up with a minimum of 18 months of experience.
