Financial Controller

The Role

Reporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the finance function, ensuring robust financial control, delivering insightful reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

You will play a key role in driving performance, improving processes, and partnering with operational teams to maximise profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Produce accurate and timely management accounts and financial reports
• Deliver insightful variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Partner with key stakeholders across operations, sales, and supply chain
• Monitor costs, margins, and working capital performance
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and treasury activities
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems and processes
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing finance team

The Candidate

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Strong technical and commercial finance experience
• Proven ability to business partner and influence stakeholders
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment is advantageous
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ambitious, proactive, and eager to take the next step in your career
