The Role:

Nixon McQuade are working with a Leading Firm in Belfast who are searching for aCorporate Solicitor.

This role sits within anaward-winning team and involves advising leading corporates across all industry sectors, as well asprivate equity and venture capital investors, on strategic corporate activity.

The Person:

• Qualified lawyer with4+ years post-qualification experience, ideally operating at senior associate level
• Strong corporate and M&A experience gained within aleading large, mid-tier, or high-quality boutique firm
• Demonstrated ability tomanage and drive complex transactions with a high degree of autonomy
• Excellent drafting and technical skills
• Provenclient relationship management capabilities and an interest in business development
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
• A collaborative leader who actively supports team development and aligns with the firms culture and values
