Class 1 Tipper Driver – Tramping

Connect Appointments is recruiting a Class 1 Tipper Driver to join our Hamilton -based client on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with immediate starts available.

This is a Monday to Friday tramping role – you’ll head out on Monday completing various deliveries across the UK, returning on Friday. Walking floor experience is preferred but not essential.

Please note : A drug test, driving assessment and induction will be required prior to starting.

What’s on offer?

• Temporary to permanent opportunity
• Monday to Friday, shifts starting at 6am
• Paid weekly at 14.50 per hour, rising to 16 per hour after 12 weeks
• 26.20 overnight allowance per night

To be successful you will need:

• A valid Class 1 (C+E) licence, held for a minimum of 6 months
• A valid CPC card and Digital Tachograph Card
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• No DR, DD, DG, IN or TT endorsements on your licence
