A well-established and highly regarded main contractor in the West of Scotland is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor with 2-3 years’ post-graduate experience to join their supportive commercial team based in Prestwick. Our client operates across a diverse project portfolio including commercial new build and refurbishment, healthcare, social housing, leisure, and public sector developments. Project values currently range from approximately £1m to £40m+, offering strong exposure to varied and technically interesting work. Managing multiple live projects simultaneously across varying values and sectors.– Working primarily from the Prestwick office, with site visits during working hours.– Attending site meetings and liaising with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.– Supporting the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account.– Ensuring cost control, reporting, and contractual compliance across your projects. 2–3 years’ post-graduate experience in Quantity Surveying.– Background in main contracting or social housing.– Office-based role, Mon-Thurs 8:00am-5:00pm, Fri: 8:00am-3:30pm.– Competitive salary (dependent on experience).– Car allowance and fuel card.– Private healthcare.
