Payroll Administrator Glasgow City Centre (Hybrid) Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday) Competitive Salary Our client is currently looking to appoint an experienced Payroll Administrator to support their payroll function with day-to-day processing and administration. This position will initially be fully home-based, with a transition to a hybrid working model (1–2 days per week in the Glasgow city centre office) once office operations resume. Candidates should therefore be based in Glasgow or within a commutable distance. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the end-to-end payroll process Ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery Maintaining payroll records and resolving employee queries Assisting with payroll compliance and reporting Requirements: Proven experience in a payroll-focused role Strong knowledge of payroll processes and relevant legislation Experience using Sage 50 Payroll is highly desirable Exposure to international payroll would be advantageous Must have the right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available) Ideally based in the Glasgow area This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation offering flexible working and a supportive team environment.
