The Role

City Building is seeking an experienced People Services Manager to lead the delivery of high‑quality, efficient and compliant HR transactional services.


Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, you will lead teams delivering core HR services including the employee lifecycle, reward, payroll, job evaluation and HR management information. You will ensure HR operations are customer‑focused, data‑driven and continuously improving, supporting the wider People Strategy and organisational goals.


This role is ideal for a senior HR professional with strong operational leadership experience in a large, complex organisation.
