What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment is a sales-focused role where you'll manage your own desk and client base.
- Develop expertise within a specific IT market
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage
- Generate leads, make calls, and develop new business opportunities
- Manage your pipeline including adverts, interviews, and offers
- Work towards targets and performance metrics
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months' experience in sales or a customer-facing role
- Comfortable working towards targets in a performance-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with stakeholders
- Motivated to learn and progress in your career
- Positive attitude and willingness to develop
