The job in a nutshell:

Essentially, your job will be to commercially manage major civils and utilities works across the BusConnects programme handling NEC contract administration, cost control, subcontract management, compensation events and commercial reporting from start to finish.

This is a fast-paced, site-based role where youll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and senior leadership to ensure projects are commercially successful and fully compliant under NEC3 / NEC4 frameworks.

Youll play a key role in delivering major transport and infrastructure upgrades across Dublin and surrounding counties including utilities diversions, road upgrades and public realm works. Dont worry though, youll have strong operational and commercial teams around you.

Should you apply?

We think candidates with strong Quantity Surveying experience within civils, infrastructure or utilities should apply particularly if you have solid NEC contract experience.

After conversations with the hiring manager, candidates who have worked on infrastructure projects involving utilities, roads, water, drainage or transport frameworks will have a strong chance of success.
