Fine dining experience is preferred. Willingness to learn and develop You have a positive 'can do' attitude. You are passionate, driven, organised and punctual As a Night Chef at the London EDITION you will: Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist. Assists in supplying the highest possible standard of food to guests at all times and guide other team members as and where necessary. Prepare the night dishes from the Room Service menu, Night Bar food menu and provide additional support to the main kitchen as required. Create MEP for the following day and preparing employee food for night shift workers. Follow all company and safety and security policies and ensuring sanitation and food standards are achieved.
