Head of Culinary & Hospitality

We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to lead Avery’s culinary, hospitality, housekeeping, and laundry strategy across our care home portfolio, ensuring exceptional standards, strong compliance, and outstanding resident experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Leading service standards across Culinary and Hospitality.
  • Driving food safety compliance, EHO standards, and continuous improvement.
  • Managing menu development, allergen compliance, and IDDSI training.
  • Supporting budget performance, supplier relationships, and operational efficiencies.
  • Building strong partnerships with General Managers and senior leaders across the business.

Requirements

  • Senior leadership experience across multi‑site Culinary, Hospitality, or Hotel Services.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, compliance, and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and supplier performance.
  • Flexibility to travel nationally.
  • National travel across Avery homes.
  • A DBS Disclosure check (paid for by Avery Healthcare).
