The Opportunity

We are hiring a Director, Commercial Finance to serve as the commercial right hand to the CFO and the financial authority across our global go‑to‑market organization.

This is a senior leadership role at the intersection of Finance and Sales. You will own commercial governance, lead the Commission Committee, and serve as Finance’s primary partner to Sales leadership on deal strategy, pricing, and incentive design.

You will ensure that growth translates into predictable, profitable financial outcomes—balancing bookings acceleration with margin integrity, cash flow discipline, and long‑term value creation.

This is not a transactional operations role. It is a strategic finance leadership position responsible for commercial decision‑making, incentive governance, and GTM financial rigor.
