The Advisory Business forms part of the wider Multi‑Disciplinary Consultancy Business of c2,000 staff. Our workload is mainly (but not solely) based in the UK. Main Purpose of the Role

To develop and lead delivery teams within the Advisory business area, to meet the needs of our contracts and projects. Providing leadership, technical direction and guidance to project management teams and operational managers.

The role will require you to take full responsibility (bidding, technical delivery, margin generation) of consulting projects within the Property & Buildings sector including specialist surveys, reports, refurbishment and upgrade works as well as new build projects. The ideal candidate will have an extensive knowledge of the built environment sector and extensive experience of delivery from a consulting perspective.
