Overview

Head of Operations will manage the delivery of all our agency marketing services and must be a highly skilled B2B marketing agency professional. You are likely to be looking to take your existing hands-on experience managing a team and clients into a role with more strategic impact and significant development potential.

We are expanding rapidly (over 40% increase in revenue over the past year), with a small existing team. You will need to undertake careful ongoing planning, assessment, and management of our operational capacity as we grow, to include recruitment as well as sourcing and managing third party resources as required.

The role will require hands-on ability but will also have responsibility for co-ordination and resource planning for the overall team, including:

The role will involve working closely with the Managing Director and other members of the leadership team to ensure our long-term success, profitability and rapid growth.

Experience

You will have an extensive background in marketing agency operations (or working in-house across multiple brands with client-type relationships). This will include building and leading a multi-disciplinary team.
