You’ll shape how the organisation uses data and digital to make smarter decisions, improve services and enhance the experience of golfers nationwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of England Golf’s digital strategy
• Drive digital transformation and innovation
• Oversee IT systems, infrastructure and cyber security
• Lead data and insight to inform decision‑making
• Ensure strong governance across digital and project delivery
• Manage key suppliers and digital platforms
• Champion effective use of CRM and data systems

Experience needed

• Proven experience leading digital or data transformation
• Strong understanding of digital strategy, data and technology
• Expertise in data, insight and CRM systems
• Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight
