You’re a senior product manager who thrives on ownership and impact. You’re comfortable setting direction, making tough prioritisation calls, and partnering closely with engineers, designers and commercial teams to turn insight into outcomes. You’re data-informed, customer-obsessed, and motivated by building products that genuinely move the needle.
As our Senior Product Manager, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap and performance of our Perks product, one of the most important and high‑margin parts of the Perkbox platform. You’ll also act as custodian of our mobile apps, a key driver of growth and engagement. This is a senior individual‑contributor role with end‑to‑end accountability for customer value, commercial performance, and partner impact.
You’ll define product direction, lead delivery, and work hand‑in‑hand with teams across Engineering, Product Design, Data, Commercial, Finance, CRM and Go‑to‑Market. It’s a high‑visibility role with real influence across the business.
