• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing client services team.
• Performance Metrics & Reporting: Collect and analyse customer feedback to implement continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor and report on KPIs related to customer satisfaction and engagement.

Head of Client Services Specification

• Experience: Proven leadership experience in client services or account management. Industry knowledge and understanding of market trends is preferable. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams. Experience with CRM software and project management tools.
