Following the acquisition of The Co‑operative Bank, we are bringing together two purpose‑driven organisations to shape the future of UK financial services. The role is part of Head Office and focuses on best‑practice talent acquisition with a strong emphasis on diverse talent, direct sourcing and meaningful candidate experiences.
Talent Acquisition Partner – Head Office (Manchester or Binley, Coventry). The role is a group position that requires travel between both locations and operates under a hybrid working arrangement.
As a trusted partner aligned to functional and executive stakeholders, you will manage all recruitment needs and be accountable for shaping and delivering effective recruitment and hiring strategies.
You will use data and insight to tell compelling stories, promote success and address talent challenges with clear plans and communication.
You will work closely with People, Talent and Culture colleagues, drawing on workforce capability, talent and succession planning to ensure the right skills and capabilities are delivered through Talent Acquisition.
You will recruit for complex and senior hiring requirements, partner with recruiters and IT Technical RPO, act as a visible advocate for employer brand, and represent the organisation at industry events.
