Head of Continuous Improvement

Overview

I am very excited to bring this exclusive mandate to the market for a global blue chip food business, our client have partnered with us to support their search a Head of Continuous Improvement. This role reports to the Site Director and you will also work with the wider global team.

In this role you will lead, identify and deliver significant business, process, continuous improvement projects across our clients UK manufacturing site. You will have access to considerable budget, internal teams/assets to deliver innovative business improvement & process projects.

You will have full ownership of the long term strategic plan in line with the businesses goals, success in this role will lead to career progression within 2 -3 years.

Qualifications / Requirements

For this role we will only consider individuals from the Food Manufacturing sector, ideally you will have:

• A proven track record in large scale Food Production & Supply Chain
• Extensive knowledge of food manufacturing processes.
• Must have knowledge & experience in implementing & driving TPM
• Knowledge around NPD, Engineering, Supply Chain and Food Safety/Quality
• Multi-Million Pound project management/delivery
• Budgetary Management
• Highly organised, influencer with the ability to build allies throughout a complex organisation.
