You’ll support the global delivery of a high quality and standardised approach to the management of HSBC’s vendors, supporting the development and implementation of new operating models to ensure they are effectively managed and deliver services that continually meet HSBC requirements.
You’ll be responsible for supporting the production of the global third‑party management strategy, designing and deploying improved organisational structures and operating models to drive consistent high‑quality outcomes.
You’ll also be responsible for maximising performance insights and leveraging new technology to continually simplify supplier management processes, ensuring efficient, consistent and accurate execution against service, cost, contract performance and relationship disciplines feeding into and influencing ongoing requirements for underlying support technology as required. You’ll also ensure appropriate skills training is delivered to enable Supplier Management best practices across the organisation.
To achieve this, you’ll need to partner effectively with our network of global stakeholders, actively promoting enhancement recommendations and driving change through to successful delivery.
