Store Manager - Full Time 40h - London Hampstead

We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new boutique in the heart of Hampstead, one of London’s most charming and vibrant neighbourhoods.

To bring this exciting project to life, we’re looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join us from the very beginning. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a founding team, shape the store experience, and grow with us as we establish our presence in this iconic area.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Area Manager.

• Managing a team of 3 people (to start with)
• Training and coaching your team
• Developing sales and KPIS
• Building customer loyalty: providing a unique shopping experience
• Maintaining the brand's visual identity
• Apply and monitor internal procedures (logistics, financial flows, retail, HR)

More Information

• Available to work two Sundays a month.
• 40-hour permanent.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French would be an advantage
• Passion for sales, excellent presentation and elocution skills, natural interpersonal skills
• Dynamic, organized, rigorous and versatile
• Good command of IT tools
