Responsibilities
Reporting to the Area Manager.
- Managing a team of 3 people (to start with)
- Training and coaching your team
- Developing sales and KPIS
- Building customer loyalty: providing a unique shopping experience
- Maintaining the brand’s visual identity
- Apply and monitor internal procedures (logistics, financial flows, retail, HR)
More Information
- Available to work two Sundays a month.
- 40-hour permanent.
Qualifications
- Fluency in French would be an advantage
- Passion for sales, excellent presentation and elocution skills, natural interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, organized, rigorous and versatile
- Good command of IT tools
