What You Will Do

- Partner with Product and Design to shape technical roadmaps, navigating complex B2B SaaS architecture and making smart trade‑offs on scope and delivery.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience line‑managing engineering teams in high‑ownership B2B SaaS environments, ideally using product frameworks such as Shape Up.
- Senior‑level technical expertise in modern stacks, specifically including Python/Django, TypeScript/React, and asynchronous systems like Celery or Temporal.
- A proactive builder with a high bar for accountability and a genuine enthusiasm for integrating AI‑assisted development into daily engineering workflows.
