Role Overview
Provide 1:1 key work support for service users using drugs and alcohol as part of their Recovery Treatment Plan.
Deliver interventions across Waverley and surrounding areas.
Work as part of a multidisciplinary team based at Farnham Road Hospital, Guildford, with possible flexibility to work some hours from Two Bridges, Chertsey.
Qualifications
- Qualified non‑medical prescriber with extensive experience in substance misuse.
- Experience in the substance misuse and/or mental health field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of problems faced by people with substance misuse issues.
- Right to work in the UK for the duration of the role.
