About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our busy building services design team based in our London office. Applicants may already be working at a senior engineer level and be aiming to progress to a management position. Candidates should be degree qualified and working towards or have attained Chartered Engineer status. The role sits in our commercial team, focusing on designing offices for occupiers and infrastructure for refurbishment projects and new builds.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design of office building projects for occupiers.
• Develop and oversee infrastructure solutions within refurbishment projects and new builds.
• Coordinate with the commercial team to deliver design outcomes.
• Prepare and review design documentation.

Qualifications

• Senior mechanical engineer level experience.
• Degree qualification in mechanical engineering.
• Progressing towards or holding Chartered Engineer status.
• Experience in office building design, refurbishment and new build projects.
