About The Role

The Director of Benefits is a hands‑on, operationally engaged leader who works directly under the VP, Total Rewards and alongside cross‑functional teams to actively review, design, and implement all benefits programs across FTI's EMEA markets. This role requires a collaborative leader who will roll up their sleeves to drive day‑to‑day operations while transforming the benefits function into a strategic business partner. You will devise and execute strategies associated with the structure and management of Health & Welfare, Retirement, Wellness, Disability, Leave, and Compliance programs across the EMEA region. As a subject matter expert deeply involved in functional and regulatory operations, you will work directly with team members to build capabilities and drive meaningful change in how FTI's benefit programs are delivered and perceived across the organization.
